What is SMS Notification

  • SMS notification is an additional service of Internet banking. It provides you with a complete overview of movements in your accounts via SMS, sent to your mobile by our bank.

What information am I provided with SMS Notification

Via SMS, sent by our bank, you are provided with the following information on:
  • movements on your account - e.g. credited payments, debit payments, cash deposits and withdrawals and similar
  • use of a payment card e.g. ATM withdrawal, payment via POS terminal or on the Internet

SMS message contains information on available balance in an account , while the balance of own customer funds ex authorised account overdraft is in the brackets.

What do I need for SMS Notification

  • A mobile phone, activated in T-Mobile, Orange or Telefonica network.

How can I activate SMS Notification

You can activate it at any of our branches or in your e-Banka, where you can set the parameters:

  • account number
  • mobile number
  • notification type (account movements, use of your payment card)
  • no sening of sms between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. (avaliable only via e-Banka)

How much do I pay for SMS Notification

  • SMS message dispatch is charged under valid Tariff of Fees, Dexia banka Slovensko a.s.
