Change in sending of debit payment cards and their activation - information for card holders

From 1 September 2011 incl., the bank changes the way of sending of debit cards and PIN envelopes (applicable to Maestro and MasterCard) as well as the PIN envelope sent per regular postal service. It means if your payment card was sent into production on 2 September 20011 and later, it will be delivered to you as a regular letter.

The new Maestro and MasterCard cards will be sent as inactive. After you receive the card, you can activate it by phone via Dexia Linka 0850 700 007. The operator will instruct you how to do it.
The renewed and reissued payment card Maestro will be sent as active and you can start using it immediately.

The cards whose validity ends as of September 2011 will be sent as follows:

• Maestro - as a registered letter, active
• MasterCard - to your branch, active

  • account balance info at home and abroad
  • entering a payment order
  • recharging mobile operators cards
  • change of your PIN
