What is it?

Mobile Banking Orange provides communication with your bank via a mobile with SIM card in the Orange network. Transactions are entered through the mobile menu.

What are its advantages?

Mobile Banking Orange provides:
  • information on your account balance (UCT), dispo. balance (DSP), authorized overdraft (DBT) and blockage (BLK)
  • payment orders submittals
  • overview of transactions in your account
  • regular information on your account balance (selection has not been activated yet)
  • naming your accounts
  • information on current exchange rates
  • technical support via telephone
  • general information (selection has not been activated yet)
  • change in security code (hereafter referred to as BPIN)
  • information on programme version
CUT OFF TIME - the deadline set by the bank by which the bank accepts a payment order on a working day. More.

DAILY LIMIT - maximum amount, which the customer can pay via an order on one day from one account. Customers of Mobile Bnaking set the daily limit at the opening of this servcie at the branch and they can change it anytime they wish to at the branch.

On security

  • each transaction requires entering of four to eight digit security BPIN code
  • you can get this code from your mobile operator Orange
  • data transmission is secured by encrypting
  • possibility to block by phone access to Mobile Banking via Help Desk nonstop, 24 hours, 7 days in a week

How to use Mobile Banking Orange?

Information on account balance:
  • Select your account according to:
    - account name or
    - account number
Payment order:
  • Select:
    - debits, credits or turnovers
    - according to account name or
    - according to account number
  • Enter:
    - beneficiary account number
    - beneficiary bank code
    - amount
    - currency
    - variable symbol
    - constant symbol
    - specific date
    - due date
    Date is entered as DDMMYY (e.g. 30th April is entered as 300403) or as DDMMYYYY (e.g. 30th April 2003 is entered as 30042003).
    Enter your BPIN
Overview of transactions:
  • Select:
    - debits
    - credits
    - turnovers
  • Select your account:
    - according to account name or
    - according to account number
Information on account balance:
  • Select according to:
    - account name or
    - account number
  • Select information on:
    - frequency (daily, weekly, monthly)
    - change
  • Select:
    - activation or
    - deactivation
If information day is not a business day, this information will be sent on the following business day.

Account name:
  • Select account and selection „Change“
  • Select item you would like to change (Name, prefix or account number)

Current exchange rates:
  • Enter currency, ISO currency code, e.g. EUR, USD, etc.

General information:
  • Selection allows to send SMS to Dexia banka

Change of security code:
  • Enter your original BPIN
  • Enter your new BPIN (BPIN consists of 4 (up to 8) digits)
  • Confirm your new BPIN

Programme version:
  • Information on your SIM programme version

Messages from Dexia banka are stored among other SMS messages. Each request is confirmed by the message. We recommend you to check these messages. Subsequent requests should be entered only after confirming the precedent ones.
