What is it?
e-Banka enables to:
- send domestic, international payment orders to the bank and conversion
- send direct debit orders to the bank, survey of direct debit orders
- send, change and cancel standing orders
- credit Easy card
- remote authorization of payments by responsible people
- to advise a branch of the cash withdrawal at any the bank branch
- use the electronic mail for notification and information about dispo balance and for receiving monthy statement
- receive account statements the initial and the final balance in all accounts opened under your client number, description of all incoming and outgoing transactions, the number and the sum of all debit and credit entries etc.
- receive advise of all incoming and outgoing international payments to your account
- have a complete overview of the up-to-date balance of your account
- have a complete overview of the list of your standing payment orders
- have the list of foreign exchange at your disposal at any time
- use the electronic mail gor receiving daily statements - it enables you to receive to your e-mail box an encrypted message with your account statement for the previous accounting day (the initial and final balance in all accounts opened under your customer number, description of all credit and debit movements in your accounts, the amount and sum of all debit and credit entries)
- get the account statement in an electronic form in the pdf format
- via menu "Payment cards" you can view and print a list of transactions you carried out with your payment cards
- activate the service SMS Notification
- cancel the Payment order via menu List of e-Payments and cancellation
- open Term Deposit
- open Savings Account
- open authorized Overdraft on personal account
- change of the account to the new personal account
Security tools are as follows :
- user name
- password
- Grid card or Vasco token or SMS code to the mobile phone number as stated by the customer
Data protection is secured by:
- defining the customer and his/her access rights
- identification by an access name, authentication password and GRID card or VASCO token, and an SMS code
- data encryption during transfer
- possibility to block by phone access to e-Banka via Dexia Linka nonstop, 24 hours, 7 days in a week
CUT - OFF TIMES
CUT - OFF TIMES - the deadline set by the bank by which the bank accepts a payment order on a working day.Standard Daily Payments Limits
Individuals- GRID card 1, 000 EUR per log-in
- SMS code 50, 000 EUR per log- in
- VASCO token a limit up to an available account balance
The daily limit has been set out per a log-in and depends on a security type. A customer may transfer cumulative payment orders up to a maximum limit amount per one log-in/ a respective security type. The daily limits of the security types may not be changed at the customer request.
A daily limit does not comprise transfers between own accounts of a customer. The own accounts are deemed only those ones, which are opened under a customer number, for which the e-Bank service has been established.
Legal entities
- 3, 320 EUR per account in case of domestic payment orders
- 3, 320 EUR per account in case of cross-border payment orders
The daily limit has been set out for respective accounts and types of payment orders. In order to change the limit, a customer may submit his application in a branch of our bank.
Treasury operations are not subject to the daily payment limits.
