Who is Dexia banka Slovensko?

In May 2000, the European financial group Dexia became the majority shareholder of Dexia banka (then Prva komunalna banka). The entry of Dexia into the shareholders’ structure was done through its subsidiary Dexia Kommunalkredit Bank.
